A graduate of the University of Warsaw, Faculty of Economic Sciences, specialty – computer science and economic cybernetics (1979) And Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Postgraduate (1998), Doctor of Economics (1988). Since graduating in 1979 to 2011, professionally related with the Department of Economic Policy and Planning, since 1989 with the Department of Finance and Banking Faculty of Economic Sciences. Longtime lecturer at the postgraduate study “Money and Banking”. In the years 1990 – 1994 active in commercial banking structures. In the years 1994 – 1997 – Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Privatization and Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Treasury, responsible for capital privatization, the restructuring of enterprises and companies of the Treasury, for the use of aid funds and the division of economic analysis in relation to the assets of the Treasury and responsible for supervising companies with foreign capital. He collaborated with investors and privatization advisors, Securities and Exchange Commission and the Stock Exchange. In the 1997 – 2007 – President of the Energy Regulatory Office.
In the period of 2007 – 2012 – President of the Management Board of Mostostal Zabrze Holding S.A. (MZH SA), a public company listed on the Stock Exchange in Warsaw. In the years 1995 -1997 chaired the Supervisory Board of “Petrochemia Plock” S.A, and in the years 1996 – 1998 – Council of the Stock Exchange in Warsaw. He participated in the work of the Supervisory Board of Powszechny Bank Kredytowy SA Warsaw, 1995 – 1996. During 2007-2012 he oversaw a number of commercial companies in the Group MZH SA.
Currently operates expertise and advice, being i.a. consultant to the Center for the Antitrust and Regulatory Study Faculty of Management University of Warsaw and the advisor to the President of the Employers of Poland. He is the author and co-author of dozens of articles and several scientific books on finance, economic policy, including regulation in the energy sector, as well as privatization.

Holds the PhD of Technical Sciences in the field of electrical power engineering and energy economics. Has been working at the Energy Regulatory Office URE since 2004, among others as the deputy director of the Department of Market Development and Consumer Issues. He took the position of URE President in 2019.
Experienced in international cooperation: serving as an expert of the European Commission for the TAIEX programmes and twin-project in Ukraine related to the functioning of the electricity market, security of energy supply, the balancing market and congestion management. Expert at Florence School of Regulation on the development and operation of regional electricity markets. National expert with the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER). In March 2021 appointed for the position of ACER Board of Regulators’ (BoR) Vice Chairman.
Experienced in supervising energy companies, particularly in the field of financial reporting and audit as well as investment and development.
Author of numerous publications and studies on the functioning of electricity markets, including the grid access principles, balancing and regional markets.

Graduate mathematics – natural studies Pedagogical University in Szczecin. Since 2003 related to the power sector. Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Economy in the Government of Prime Minister Marek Belka supervising the energy sector, fuel, gas and mining. Member of the management boards of Polish Power Grid and BOT. He also managed the work of the supervisory boards related not only to the energy sector, among others X NFI FOKSAL but also in the energy sector in the Bełchatów Power Plant CHP Gorzow, Kamieńsk Wind Power Plant . Since 2009 – the Director for Energy Orange Poland.

Mr. Hinc assumed his position on February 12, 2024.

Sławomir Hinc has long-standing experience in natural gas industry, having been directly involved in the development of the concept of national gas transmission system operator in Poland since 2003.From 2004 to 2008, he held the position of Financial Director at PGNiG Przesył (currently GAZ-SYSTEM), where he was responsible for cooperation with the Energy Regulatory Office, negotiations of the lease agreement for transmission assets that were transferred to GAZ-SYSTEM by PGNiG as a dividend in kind. He also supervised the process of obtaining a gas transmission license by GAZ-SYSTEM. From 2006 to 2008, he served as a commercial proxy in GAZ-SYSTEM. He is the author of its first transmission tariff. He was responsible on GAZ-SYSTEM’s part for the transfer of Regional Transmission Branches from PGNiG S.A. structures to GAZ-SYSTEM in 2005.

From 2008 to 2013, he served as Vice-President for Financial Affairs at PGNiG, where he was responsible for the spin-off of the storage system operator (SSO) currently independently operating under the business name Gas Storage Poland and the launch of storage services on the market. From 2008 to 2014, he served as a member of the Supervisory Board of EuRoPol GAZ. In 2010, he was appointed to the Governing Board of the European Association of Gas and Oil Companies EUROGAS in Brussels where he served until 2015.

From 2013 to 2016, he served as President and CEO of PGNiG Upstream Norway, where he was responsible for the acquisition of PGNiG’s interests in 4 gas fields, and for this business deal he received the Gullkronen Award for the best oil transaction in Norway. He also supervised the company’s expansion of exploration activities in the north of Norway, including the obtaining of exploration licences in the Barents Sea by PGNiG. From 2019 to 2024, he was involved in the renewable energy industry, first as an advisor to the Management Board and then as a member of the Supervisory Board of Helioexpert. In 2019, he was appointed as President and Managing Director at Green Genius – a Polish branch of a Lithuanian solar power plant operator. 

He holds a degree in economics from the Institute of Foreign Trade at the University of Gdańsk and a Ph.D. in engineering and technology specialising in gas transmission tariff systems from the Faculty of Environmental Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology. He also studied at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and University of Applied Sciences in Berlin. He completed postgraduate Business Management Programme organised by the Central Connecticut State University. Lecturer at postgraduate studies at the Warsaw University of Technology and the AGH University of Science and Technology in the field of transport, tariffs and regulatory affairs in the natural gas market. Author of numerous publications on natural gas tariffs and transportation.

Attorney at Law, He has over 16 years of experience in strategic management, restructuring, new business development, mergers and acquisitions, investment PE/VC and project finance, mainly in the energy and infrastructure sector. Currently occupies the position of Partner in the Venture Investors Ltd. Previously, he worked at EDP Renewables (Energias de Portugal Group) on the position of General Counsel. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University. He also has diplomas from University of Florida and the Erasmus University Rotterdam. Member of the Regional Bar Association in Warsaw.

Responsible for the strategy and development of the FAMUR Group. He graduated from the Cracow University of Economics. He worked in Ponar Wadowice SA, Ponar Silesia SA and in Toyota Motor Poland Co. Ltd. He held the position of CEO at Odlewnia Żeliwa Śrem SA, Pioma-Odlewnia Sp. z o.o. and at PGO SA.

Zbigniew Bicki has wide practical and technical knowledge of managing companies in energy power sector. He graduated the Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering at the WU of Technology.
Professionally, his background is: -Deputy Director of the Power Plants Dep. at the Ministry of Mining and Energy, Deputy Minister, Chief Inspector of Energy Economy, Director of the Energy Dep. at the Ministry of Industry, General Director of the Polish Power and Brown Coal Board,CEO of the: Polish Power Grid Company (PSE S.A.), and BOT Górnictwo i Energetyka S.A.
Founder, owner and CEO of advisory company – EM &CA SA Member of many social organisations e.g. VP of the Polish Chamber of Power Industry and Environmental Protection (IGEOŚ), Chairman of the Polish Membership Committee of the WEC (PKŚRE), now Vice Chairman. Others: awarded the Order of Polonia Restituta /V cl/ , several patents, numerous publications.

Polish politician and university professor, Jerzy Buzek is a former Prime Minister of Poland and former President of the European Parliament. A member of the European Parliament since 2004, he currently chairs European Parliament’s Committee on Industry, Research and Energy (ITRE). He is the chairman of the European Energy Forum, a platform for discussion between European energy stakeholders and policymakers. In 2010, together with Jacques Delors, he proposed the creation of a “European Energy Community”, a strategy to strengthen energy legislation and cooperation within and outside the EU which laid foundations for EU’s Energy Union. Led EP’s work on Accelerating Clean Energy Innovation, Gas Directive Revision, the Security of Gas Supply legislation, the EU Internal Energy Market, European Strategic Energy Technology Plan (SET-Plan) and the EU’s 7th Framework Programme for Research. Lately the EP plenum backed his call for creating a Just Energy Transition Fund with a budget of €4,8 billion to support European coal regions.

Anna has 17 years of finance and banking experience, including extensive expertise in structured finance.
Currently Anna is responsible for EBRD activity in Poland with focus on Power, Energy & Utilities as well as Natural Resources business segments. Her responsibilities involve structuring and execution of EBRD’s financings including project finance structures, public-private partnerships and privatisations.
Anna joined EBRD in 2006, and since then she has led numerous financing in different sectors (including also IT, transport, property) with an gradually increasing specialisation in energy and infrastructure. These transactions included wide range of complex debt, equity as well as syndicated deals. Prior to joining EBRD, Anna worked as an equity derivatives risk manager at Barclays Capital in London. Before that she gained experience at AIB in Dublin, HVB in Munich and National Bank of Poland.
Anna holds PhD in Economics from the Warsaw School of Economics, MA in Finance from the Warsaw School of Economics, CEMS Masters in International Management.

She deals with consulting for Polish and foreign companies in the energy sector. She specialises in the area of defining investment options, creating strategies, renewable energy transactions and CPPA contracts. She manages a team of advisers specialising exclusively in power engineering services.

Lukasz Gola is a manager with many years of experience in the Polish and European energy sector. He joined Hitachi Europe in 2009, responsible for analysis and business development in the energy sector in the CEE region. For several years, he also cooperated with the Regional Corporate Center on the preparation and implementation of the Hitachi Group’s development strategy in the region. Since 2014, Director of Business Development for Energy Transmission and Distribution Solutions in Europe. The projects he completed include some of the largest investment projects in the energy generation in the region, as well as smart grid solutions, distinguished as the most innovative implementations in the energy industry. Lukasz received PhD from the Warsaw School of Economics and is a graduate of management courses at MIT, INSEAD and IESE Business School.

He cooperates with Energy clients and Industry Associations in his current SAP role. Advocate of Digital Transformation, Industry Cloud and Business Networks. Big enthusiast of Green Hydrogen. Before joining SAP, he worked for +15 years at Accenture and IBM consulting, conducting several big projects in IT strategy, process & cost optimization, supply chain, asset management, margin management and corporate planning.

Since February 2023, she has been the President of the Management Board and CFO at E.ON Foton.

She has over 20 years of professional experience and extensive knowledge in finance, company operation and comprehensive business management. She is a graduate of the University of Economics in Krakow, in 2008 was awarded the title of expert auditor (no. 11347), and since 2011 has been ACCA qualified. She is an expert in management and financial accounting mixed with an understanding of business needs to build and effectively implement business development strategies.

Between 2003 and 2011 at EY, she conducted auditing and consulting projects for companies in various industries, mainly energy. Since 2011, she managed the finances of companies, including as CFO and board member of PKP Cargotabor sp. z o.o., Radpol S.A., and since 2018, she was CEO of Radpol S.A., where she was responsible for strategy definition, investor relations, finance, purchasing, sales, IT, HR and compliance.

For the past few years, she has served as an independent member of the Supervisory Boards in public and private sector companies.

Radosław Kwiecień has been associated with financial sector throughout his whole professional life. Since 2001 he worked in managerial positions at Bank Gospodarki Żywnościowej (currently BGŻ BNP Paribas). In the years 2012-2016 he was responsible for the banking operations. At that time he was also a member of the operational risk management and business continuity committee of the bank. He implemented banks’ integration projects during the merger of two separate organizations. He launched new IT systems in the field of banking operations and he centralized management processes in the area of ​​operations. He also introduced outsourcing model for many banking processes – the result of which was costs reduction and improvement in productivity, efficiency and quality of work. 
A graduate of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Opole. He completed postgraduate studies in controlling and capital investments at the WSB University in Poznań, preparation and management of public-private partnership projects at the Warsaw School of Economics, as well as management studies at the Kozminski University. At the same University he has also obtained an Executive MBA diploma.
He likes to spend his free time actively. He is most fascinated by the mountains and he explores them hiking, skiing and cycling. His second passion is music, which he prefers to listen to in live, and that is why he often participates in concerts and festivals. Good literature accompanies him practically every day while listening to audiobooks on the way to work, running or cycling.

He is responsible for creating and implementing the development strategy for the Utilities&GB Sector at Sygnity S.A., part of the TSS Group, a leading provider of software for vertical markets worldwide. Adam Larysz is a graduate of the Faculty of Automatic Control, Electronics and Computer Science at the Silesian University of Technology and the “Management” development program at ICAN Institute and Harvard Business School, a practical alternative to an MBA.

Expert on IT solutions for the energy and utilities sector. Author of the concept of data collection and management of network assets, co-author of the concept and architect of the first implementation in Poland of a predictive maintenance system based on GIS and SAP PM/PS/MM platform. Co-author of a number of articles and concepts of IT solutions for the Energy Market and Power Market. Since 2003, he has been associated with ComputerLand and Winuel (today’s Sygnity S.A.) as a solution architect of key IT implementations in the Polish power industry, several times awarded in the “most interesting of the best implementations in the industry” competition. For the past 10 years he has been supervising strategic projects on behalf of Steering Committees.

Since 2013 Director of the Business Area of Asset Management and in the following years he successfully developed various functions and business areas of the Utilities sector. Piotr Listwoń has 16 years’ experience in managing trading and clearing operations on commodity forward markets, the financial instruments market as well as for international transactions carried out as part of the market coupling of the European electricity markets. He has been associated with the TGE Group since 2008, where he was initially involved in efforts aimed at launching the operations the Warsaw Commodity Clearing House (IRGiT) and led the implementation of an advanced payment system in IRGiT. In the years 2013-2018 he was Director of Clearing and Settlement Department and Director of International Cooperation Development in IRGiT. At that time, he also represented the Company at the general meetings of EACH (European Association of CCP Clearing Houses). 

Between April 2018 and June 2024 he served as Vice-President of the Management Board of TGE, where he was responsible for the Exchange’s operations and product development. He supervised, among other things, the launch of the European Intraday Market (XBID) 24/7/365, the launch of forwards trading on the OTF and the implementation of a comprehensive liquidity improvement project. Between October 2023 and June 2024, in addition to the role of Vice-President of the Management Board of TGE, he served as Vice-President of the Management Board of IRGiT. Between December 2020 and August 2024 he also served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of InfoEngine, a subsidiary of the TGE Group.

On 29 June 2024, he was appointed President of the Management Board of TGE.

Since April 2018, he has served as member of the Supervisory Board of the GPW Foundation, and in January 2021, he joined the Management Board of the Association of Power Exchanges (APEx).

Piotr Listwoń graduated from the Faculty of Strategic Management of the Polish Open University (POU/Oxford Brookes University) where he also obtained an MBA degree.

Marek Motyl – CEO of Alseva Pro Ltd., operations manager with 15+ years of international experience in general operations management, responsible for the effective and successful management of cross functional team and project development. He joined the Alseva group in 2020 as an expert in planning business development strategies and business relations, reporting and expansion opportunities researching, since 2023 he has been the Chief Executive Officer.

He started his professional career at PGNiG S.A. (ORLEN Group), then continued it at TSO GAZ-SYSTEM S.A., where he dealt with topics related to telemetry, IT systems in the field of gas transport, balancing and forecasting.
From 2007 to 2022, he was associated with HANDEN Sp. z o.o. and G.EN GAZ ENERGIA Sp. z o.o. (VNG A.G. Group), in which he carried out tasks in the area of portfolio management and trading, wholesale and retail, customer service, financial management and planning, regulatory and legal issues, tariffs, as well as participated in strategic projects in the capital group.
Since 2022, Member of the Management Board of Polenergia Obrót S.A. responsible for the Sales Segment of energy products and services. He actively participates in legislative work on the development of the broadly understood energy sector. He is a member of industry organizations, chambers of commerce and thematic committees.

dr bab. Eng. Waldemar Skomudek – has over 36 years of work experience in the professional power industry and over 15 years of work experience at the university. He graduated from, among others 3-year doctoral studies, managerial studies in the field of Modern Financial Management, managerial studies in the field of Modern Business Management Techniques and post-graduate studies in the field of Accounting and Finance. In the years 2001-2008 he held managerial positions in power companies in the Opolskie and Dolnośląskie provinces, and in 2008-2010 he was the Vice-President of the Management Board in Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne Operator S.A. in Konstacin-Jeziorna. He co-founded the EnergiaPro Koncern Energetyczny S.A. and TAURON S.A. capital groups, and in 2007 he participated in the separation of the Distribution System Operator from the EnergiaPro KE S.A. structure. In the years 2012-2020 he was the Dean of the Faculty of Production Engineering and Logistics at the Opole University of Technology, currently a professor at AGH in Krakow. In his professional work, he mainly deals with the functioning of the electricity market, management of large projects, implementation of innovative solutions in the domestic energy sector, management of entities in the electricity sub-sector in the conditions of competition, issues of the stability of the National Power System, including distributed generation, problems of power grid operation and problems of improving the quality and continuity of power supply to electricity consumers. He is the author / co-author of over 180 scientific articles and papers as well as seven monographic publications. Member of many industry organizations, both domestic and foreign.

Michał Skorupa has over eighteen years of experience in sales, development and implementation of corporate strategies and processes, as well as in building teams in the various corporate areas .
For ten years he has been engaged in the industrial power, and for six years in photovoltaics and renewable energetics, at the national and foreign level. As an expert in this industry, he actively participates in issuing opinions on legal acts and statutes dedicated to the energy technology sector.
In July 2019 he has been appointed to the Chief Executive Officer of FOTON Technik Sp. z o.o.. With the E.ON Group and innogy Polska S.A. he has been related since 2011, including a member of the Supervisory Board position. Successfully developing business in the area of strategy, sales and operations, thanks to which Foton Technik is one of the leading companies in Poland in the Renewable Energy Sources sector.
He is the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) graduate, where in 2017 he obtained the title of Master of Business Administration (MBA).

In 1980 was the co-founder of the NSZZ Solidarność at the Silesian University of Technology. Between 1981-1989 he has played an important role in the opposition movement. During the Round Table talks he has been an expert on the subject of mining and environmental protection on behalf of the Solidarność.
Member of Parliament of the X, I, and III term on behalf of the Citizens’ Committee, of Solidarność and the Christian Democrat Party, of which he was one of the founders and long-term vice president.
Between 1990-1994, he served as the President of the State Mining Authority, then 1994-1996 as an adviser to the President of the State Agency for Coal. From 1997 to 2001 he has been the Minister of Economy, and since June 2000 also the Deputy Prime Minister in the government of Jerzy Buzek. Currently he is Senior Advisor at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants.

Dr. Eng. Paweł Urbańczyk, President of Office of Technical Inspection (Polish: Urząd Dozoru Technicznego, UDT).
Pawel Urbańczyk, has been associated with the Office of Technical Inspection (UDT) for more than 20 years. Recently he was responsible for managing inspection activities at plants of strategic importance to the Polish economy.
In 2016 he was awarded the PhD in Technical Sciences (discipline of machine construction and operation from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science at Częstochowa University of Technology). As an expert he has participated in a number of national and international conferences with the focus on technical inspection. He has also written articles on materials used in the energy sector published in many leading Polish journals. Mr Urbańczyk is also a member of the Katowice Chapter of the Polish Academy of Sciences (PAN) – Committee on Power Engineering.

Ireneusz Wochlik, PhD, is a biocybernetic specialist in the field of artificial intelligence and digital transformation. He is the co-founder and CEO of Aigorithmics sp. z o.o., a member of the board of the AI LAW TECH Foundation, and a lecturer as part of the Business.AI postgraduate studies: Technology, Law, Application of Artificial Intelligence. He is also a co-creator of the “Cybersecurity Management” and “Chief Data Officer” – postgraduate studies conducted by Kozminski University and a member of the Working Group on Artificial Intelligence (GRAI) at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, where he is the leader of the Energy Subgroup.

From 1997 to 2016, he worked at the AGH University of Science and Technology at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Automatics, Computer Science, and Biomedical Engineering as an assistant professor. In 2005, he obtained a PhD in technical sciences and has since published the results of his scientific work in over 50 publications. He is also a co-author of the document “An Analysis of the Selected Aspects of the Draft Artificial Intelligence Act” (https://www.gov.pl/web/ai/prawo), the report “The Potential of Artificial Intelligence in the Healthcare Sector” and the book “Metaświat Prawne i Techniczne Aspekty Przełomowych Technologii”.

For over 20 years, he has been dealing with advanced data analysis based on Big Data, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning tools, as well as creating intelligent solutions to support businesses. He specializes in broadly understood digital transformation processes focused on the “data-driven” philosophy, using optimally selected technological solutions. He has also been a speaker and panelist at various scientific and business conferences.

Mr Marek Woszczyk is a recognised expert on the electric power and gas industry. Holding a number of managerial positions in the Polish Energy Regulatory Office (URE), he played a key role in the transformation of Poland’s electricity and gas market.
Since the very beginning of his professional career Mr Woszczyk has been actively involved in the promotion of fair competition and the building of a stable and transparent regulatory environment. He coordinated the process of implementing legal mechanisms ensuring the liberalisation of the national electricity and gas market by adjusting Poland’s energy law to the legal requirements of the European Union. Mr Woszczyk is the author of many publications on the energy law.
Mr Woszczyk started to work for the Energy Regulatory Office in 1998. In the years 1998-2007 he held the position of Deputy Director in the Central Division of the Office. In 2011 he was appointed President of the Energy Regulatory Office.
As an energy expert, Mr Woszczyk is active in the international environment. He was ERO President’s representative in the European Regulators’ Group for Electricity and Gas as well as the Energy Regulators Regional Association – ERRA – from 2005 in the Committee for Competition and Concessions, and from 2006 in the General Assembly. In the years 2011-2013 he was a member of the ERRA Presidium. Mr Woszczyk represented ERO also in the Council of European Energy Regulators – CEER; on 1 February 2011 he was elected Vice President of the CEER Board. Mr Woszczyk held the position of member of the ACER Board of Regulators; he also participated in the activities of the Polish Nuclear Energy Team, an advisory body to the Prime Minister of the Polish Government.

Graduated from the Koźminski University in Warsaw with a degree in Marketing, Management and Finance & Banking. His wide-range knowledge in the field of strategic management he acquired at the School of Economics and Management at Lund University in Sweden. Moreover, he accomplished International Consulting training in Audencia Nantes Management School. He gained his experience i.a. at Frosta A.G. in Bremerhaven, where he reported directly to the Marketing Director. He performed functions of general director of the Association of Frozen Foods, that brings together dozens of biggest producers of frozen food on Polish market, including representatives of global brands such as: Unilever, Farm Frites, Bonduelle. While working in the Warsaw International Fair he has contributed to organisation of three editions of the largest motor show in Poland – Warsaw International Motor Show. Subsequently, he worked in Expomedia Events Warsaw, where he held the position of director for business development and sponsorship relations. The next stage of his career was transition to conference sector.

Co-owner of the company, lawyer, MBA diploma, specializing in issues related to the investment process – many years of practical experience in the preparation and implementation of investments, in particular infrastructure.
