A graduate of the University of Agriculture in Poznań (1990) and a holder of the European Union scholarship FH Weihenstephan (1991-1992). Between 1994 and 1999, he was an expert and a Project Manager working on Phare and USAID support programmes. He started his professional career in the Voivodeship Office in Poznań, and in the years 1993-2005 he was a member of the management and supervisory boards of commercial law companies related to business consulting, information technology and power industry. Since 2006 he has been working for the Asseco Group, where he currently manages the power and gas division. He is a co-author of a number of energy market studies, development strategies for energy companies, restructuring programs and studies on energy market development. He is a member of Steering Committees in several major Polish IT projects for the power sector. He is a co-author of the development strategy for Asseco’s business operations in the domestic and foreign markets. In addition, he is responsible for the supervision over the development of Asseco’s products as well as their internationalisation and globalisation.

Zbigniew Bicki has wide practical and technical knowledge of managing companies in energy power sector. He graduated the Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering at the WU of Technology.

Anna has 17 years of finance and banking experience, including extensive expertise in structured finance.
Currently Anna is responsible for EBRD activity in Poland with focus on Power, Energy & Utilities as well as Natural Resources business segments. Her responsibilities involve structuring and execution of EBRD’s financings including project finance structures, public-private partnerships and privatisations.
Anna joined EBRD in 2006, and since then she has led numerous financing in different sectors (including also IT, transport, property) with an gradually increasing specialisation in energy and infrastructure. These transactions included wide range of complex debt, equity as well as syndicated deals. Prior to joining EBRD, Anna worked as an equity derivatives risk manager at Barclays Capital in London. Before that she gained experience at AIB in Dublin, HVB in Munich and National Bank of Poland.

Deputy CEO of the Polish Biogas Group (now part of TotalEnergies), is in charge of preparing and implementing strategies to dynamize the development of PGB’s biogas and biomethane sector. She specializes in the energy sector. Since the beginning of her career, she has built and led the transformation of more than a dozen organizations within large corporations, including the Veolia group in France and Poland, Capgemini Consulting in France and Germany, and the Dalkia group in Poland.
Sabine Dujacquier has worked in the energy and environmental sector for 15 years, and has lived and worked in Poland for 12 years. She is Belgian and studied in France where she graduated from Institut d’Etudes Politiques Paris with a degree in Political Science and Economics.

In 2016-2017, he was a co-founder and Member of the Board of Directors (CFO) of Critical Applications, a company owned by the Ministry of Finance, developing analytical information systems supporting the Tax Administration and other state bodies in criminal and fiscal activities and countering financial irregularities. In 2017-2019, Vice President of the Social Insurance Institution, responsible for the technical implementation of the 2017 pension reform and implementation of the e-Contribution, e-Act and e-ZLA (electronic sick leave) projects.

He served as a Member of the Council for Digitization Affairs appointed by the Minister of Digitization, a Member of the Scientific Council of NASK, and an Advisor to the Steering Committee of the e-Document project – being appointed jointly by the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration, the Minister of Digitization and the Minister of Health. In 2019-2021, he served as an advisor to the Presidents of selected state-owned companies. A member of the Scientific and Expert Council for Cyber Security at the Police Academy in Szczytno. He holds certifications as an expert witness in IT, reverse engineering, cyber security, and IT copyright.

Jaroslaw Goncerz is the Director of Group Financing and Financial Risk Management Office at ORLEN S.A.
He joined ORLEN S.A. in December 2020. Since 2007 he was a Head of Treasury at Energa SA.
Jaroslaw has over 20 years of experience in management of treasury. He has made many debt transactions for ORLEN and Energa, including the conventional, ESG-linked, green, hybrid bonds and different types of loans. He held managerial positions in many group companies as a board member and supervisory board member.

For 20 years she has been involved in projects in the areas of biofuels, biogas, circular economy andsustainable development. At the National Center for Research and Development, she is a member of the team of “Innovative Biogas Plant” project, in which the first biomethane plant in Poland is being developed.

Maciej Lipka is an energy specialist. He has been involved in the analysis of the safety of nuclear reactors and the optimization of the use of nuclear techniques for over ten years. He is interested in the issues of decarbonization of the energy industry, as well as the interaction of renewable and nuclear energy sources, and nuclear heating. He was also involved in, among others, in programs for the development of new generation reactors and thermonuclear fusion.
He graduated in classical and nuclear power engineering from the Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering of the Warsaw University of Technology.

Kacper Łazowski is a member of the Management Board of ALSEVA EPC Sp. z o.o. and an experienced director of the investment implementation department who has been working in the renewable energy industry for years. He has extensive experience in implementing large-scale photovoltaic farms, which is supported by numerous successes. In the Alseva group, he also serves as the Technical Director, actively focusing on improving the efficiency of the company’s results and building its short- and long-term strategy.

Robert Macias has been associated with the energy sector from the beginning of his professional career. Initially, he has been working in the conventional energy sector and then since 2006 he involved in the renewable energy especially in the onshore wind energy. He has been associated with RWE since 2010, at first as the Technical Director, since 2011 as the Member of the Board at RWE Renewables Poland Sp. z o.o. Currently, in RWE Group, he is responsible for onshore operations in Poland, Germany and Netherlands.

Since 2023, Member of the Management Board and then President of the Management Board of ORLEN Neptun, which is responsible for the development of offshore wind projects in the ORLEN Group. He gained professional experience managing national and international power projects in the private sector. In 2019–2020, he served as Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Development. He was a member of supervisory boards of, among others, PL.2012+, Industrial Development Agency and the National Economy Bank.. He was also a member of the council of the Łukasiewicz Network – one of the largest research networks in Europe supporting the state’s economic policy.

He possesses rich experience in investment planning and execution, as well as team and resource management. Szymon Piasecki works as a research assistant at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of Warsaw University of Technology, as well as a product manager for renewable energy sources at Apator S.A. His professional and scientific interests are focused on the transformation of the energy system and the changes occurring in the power grid. He specializes in issues related to energy conversion and distributed energy sources, particularly in the area of energy storage. Dr. Eng. Szymon Piasecki completed his studies at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of Warsaw University of Technology, to which he has remained committed through his academic work. He gained professional experience while working at APS Energia, ZE Twerd Sp. z o.o., and currently within the Apator Group.

Graduate of the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice, with a degree in Energy Mechanics, specialialization in Thermal Energy Systems. Throughout his entire professional career, he has been involved in IT activities in industry, mostly in the professional energy industry. As part of work in domestic and international IT companies, including: ICL POLAND, IBM POLSKA, HEWLETT-PACKARD POLSKA, and SYGNITY S.A. managed sales and implementation teams in the area of business support. Active participant in the process of transformation of the Polish energy sector, both in the period of unbundling and the creation of energy groups. As part of managing large teams of IT specialists, he conducted reorganization and consolidation activities, also in mergers and acquisitions. Polish manager and lawyer who has gained comprehensive experience in the field of federal government administration and commercial law, with particular emphasis on the energy sector (including Director of the Management Board of Energa S.A. and Vice-President for Corporate Affairs at PGE Baltica). Currently, in addition to being the President of the Management Board of PGE PAK Energia Jądrowa S.A., a company founded jointly by PGE and ZE PAK to build a nuclear power plant in Pątnów in Konin, he also serves as the Management Board Representative for Development in PGE.

Its everyday life is related to servicing customers connected to the distribution network and electricity sellers, providing of metering infrastructure, including AMI meters, settlement of the electricity distribution service provided to all customers connected to the grid.

dr bab. Eng. Waldemar Skomudek – has over 36 years of work experience in the professional power industry and over 15 years of work experience at the university. He graduated from, among others 3-year doctoral studies, managerial studies in the field of Modern Financial Management, managerial studies in the field of Modern Business Management Techniques and post-graduate studies in the field of Accounting and Finance. In the years 2001-2008 he held managerial positions in power companies in the Opolskie and Dolnośląskie provinces, and in 2008-2010 he was the Vice-President of the Management Board in Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne Operator S.A. in Konstacin-Jeziorna. He co-founded the EnergiaPro Koncern Energetyczny S.A. and TAURON S.A. capital groups, and in 2007 he participated in the separation of the Distribution System Operator from the EnergiaPro KE S.A. structure. In the years 2012-2020 he was the Dean of the Faculty of Production Engineering and Logistics at the Opole University of Technology, currently a professor at AGH in Krakow. In his professional work, he mainly deals with the functioning of the electricity market, management of large projects, implementation of innovative solutions in the domestic energy sector, management of entities in the electricity sub-sector in the conditions of competition, issues of the stability of the National Power System, including distributed generation, problems of power grid operation and problems of improving the quality and continuity of power supply to electricity consumers. He is the author / co-author of over 180 scientific articles and papers as well as seven monographic publications. Member of many industry organizations, both domestic and foreign.

Michał Skorupa has over eighteen years of experience in sales, development and implementation of corporate strategies and processes, as well as in building teams in the various corporate areas .
For ten years he has been engaged in the industrial power, and for six years in photovoltaics and renewable energetics, at the national and foreign level. As an expert in this industry, he actively participates in issuing opinions on legal acts and statutes dedicated to the energy technology sector.
In July 2019 he has been appointed to the Chief Executive Officer of FOTON Technik Sp. z o.o.. With the E.ON Group and innogy Polska S.A. he has been related since 2011, including a member of the Supervisory Board position. Successfully developing business in the area of strategy, sales and operations, thanks to which Foton Technik is one of the leading companies in Poland in the Renewable Energy Sources sector.

A scholar of the Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago and Radboud University Nijmegen.

Ireneusz Wochlik, PhD, is a biocybernetic specialist in the field of artificial intelligence and digital transformation. He is the co-founder and CEO of Aigorithmics sp. z o.o., a member of the board of the AI LAW TECH Foundation, and a lecturer as part of the Business.AI postgraduate studies: Technology, Law, Application of Artificial Intelligence. He is also a co-creator of the “Cybersecurity Management” and “Chief Data Officer” – postgraduate studies conducted by Kozminski University and a member of the Working Group on Artificial Intelligence (GRAI) at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, where he is the leader of the Energy Subgroup.

From 1997 to 2016, he worked at the AGH University of Science and Technology at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Automatics, Computer Science, and Biomedical Engineering as an assistant professor. In 2005, he obtained a PhD in technical sciences and has since published the results of his scientific work in over 50 publications. He is also a co-author of the document “An Analysis of the Selected Aspects of the Draft Artificial Intelligence Act” (https://www.gov.pl/web/ai/prawo), the report “The Potential of Artificial Intelligence in the Healthcare Sector” and the book “Metaświat Prawne i Techniczne Aspekty Przełomowych Technologii”.

He specializes in broadly understood digital transformation processes focused on the “data-driven” philosophy, using optimally selected technological solutions. He has also been a speaker and panelist at various scientific and business conferences.

As a parliamentary and ministerial expert, co-author of a number of bills and regulations. By order of the Prime Minister of 4 October 2012, he was appointed to the Construction Law Codification Commission for a 4-year term of office. Expert in the Ministry of Economy on transmission corridors and financial consequences of establishing transmission easements. Expert at the Ministry of Regional Development in the field of EU support for access to broadband networks and the development of high-capacity networks. Member of the Main Urban and Architectural Commission.
Author of numerous publications, i.a. co-author of the largest and repeatedly republished “Commentary to the Act on Planning and Spatial Development” (Publishing House C.H. BECK, W-wa 2004 – edited by Zygmunt Niewiadomski), as well as published in autumn 2011 in the C.H.Beck Publishing House “Commentary to local government acts” (edited by Zygmunt Niewiadomski and Roman Hauser).
