On the 12th of June 2019, the Ministry of Energy held a meeting of the Advisory Board as part of the 30th edition of the EuroPOWER Energy Conference. Board members representing key industry representatives and energy sector experts discussed the agenda and the substantive shape of the autumn event. The Board, chaired by Dr. Leszek Juchniewicz, touched on the most important issues concerning the energy sector in Poland, such as new challenges related to rising energy prices, closed economy or the use of information technology in the construction of an intelligent energy network. There were also topics related to energy efficiency, the use of alternative fuels and sustainable development of the sector.
